Over the years, we’ve hosted numerous corporate away days for businesses of all sizes. What we’ve learnt is simple: COMPANIES DO NOT want another generic team-building exercise, and they DO NOT want the stress of organising every detail.
 

They want a day that runs smoothly, feels welcoming from the moment they arrive, and gives their team a chance to step away from the office and spend time together properly.

Our corporate away days are private hire only, hosted in a rural setting where there are no other groups, no interruptions, and no rigid schedules.

From a relaxed welcome with pastries, tea and coffee, to pizzas and salads for lunch, and a full day of outdoor activities, everything is taken care of by our team. We also offer our optional FREE BAR packages within our licensed premises, which many businesses choose as they this way remove the need for tabs, cash handling or decisions on the day. It keeps things simple and creates a more social, informal atmosphere for teams to relax together.

The activities on the day are designed to be engaging, competitive and enjoyable, without forced icebreakers or awkward corporate formats. It’s about shared experiences, good energy, and giving teams space to reset.

​Corporate days work best for groups of 16–24 people, with a minimum group size of 10 and a maximum of 40.
