Private Parties
For smaller private celebrations, Springfield Farm offers a relaxed and informal hire option — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, or intimate gatherings.
This option is based on a 2–3 hour private hire period and is designed for groups of approximately 20–40 guests, giving you exclusive use of the space for a focused, well-run celebration.
Packages are priced from £500 to £800, depending on timings, requirements, and the nature of the event.
Guests can enjoy access to our rustic indoor space and licensed bar, with the surrounding countryside providing a unique backdrop that feels private, atmospheric, and far removed from typical function rooms.
This is a simple, flexible option for those who want a memorable setting without the scale or cost of a full-day venue hire.
Weddings, Corporate Events & Private Functions
Springfield Farm is available for larger private events of up to approximately 100 guests, centred around our rustic indoor space and fully licensed bar.
Venue hire for full-scale events starts from £3,500, offering exclusive use of the venue and grounds to create a completely tailored experience for your event.

Additional setup or breakdown days can also be arranged where required, at £500 per day, for larger or more production-intensive events.
Dry Hire Events
Springfield Farm is available on a dry hire basis for clients who wish to fully manage their own bar, catering, suppliers, and event services.
Dry hire packages start from £6,000 and are based on events of approximately 100 guests, offering complete flexibility to design and deliver your event exactly as you envision it.
This includes:
